[LPmeck] "Defense of Marriage" Amendment Reintroduced in NC Legislature

Sen. Jim Forrester introduces this bill every session. As the article  
below notes, it never gets out of committee. But this is why I keep  
hoping that the LP will be able to run a candidate against him.
