[LPmeck] Jack Stratton Files for Mecklenburg Commissioner

He's baaaack! Without letting anyone know, Jack Stratton filed today  
to run for Mecklenburg County Commissioner as a Libertarian. This will  
be his second such race. When he ran in 2004, he received over 13  
thousand votes, in spite of disappearing halfway through the campaign.  
Or maybe because he disappeared.
