According to the LPNC bylaws, delegates to the state convention must be
elected at county conventions and these county conventions must be held
no less than 30 day prior to the state convention.

This year's state convention is scheduled for April 9-10 which means
that county conventions must be held *before* March 9, 2010.

What plans have been made for the Mecklenburg County Convention?

We have less than one month to plan, advertise, and hold this year's
convention.
