[LPmeck] Libertarian Files for At-Large Seat on Charlotte Council

The Charlotte John Locke blog reports that Travis Wheat has filed to  
run at-large for Charlotte City Council. He was the LP candidate for  
state senate district 38 last year. I have confirmed this from the  
Mecklenburg County Board of Elections website. I have NO other  
information.
