[LPmeck] Libertarians Voting

An article in today's Charlotte Observer gave the dismal statistic of  
12% of registered Libertarians actually voting in the Charlotte city  
elections, compared to an overall turnout of 23%. That in an election  
with a Libertarian candidate. If Libertarians can't be bothered to go  
vote for a Libertarian when they have the chance, it is difficult for  
us to make the case to other voters that voting for liberty is in  
their best interest.
