To anyone that may be interested, we are planning on holding a meeting
on January 8 to discuss organizing by county in the greater Charlotte
area.  I have no idea how this works, so I am hoping that people who
are familiar with the process will be able to attend our meeting and
provide some much needed input.  If anybody on this list is familiar
with the process and can provide details, that would also be a great
help.
